The San Marcos and Edinburg sites operate utilizing an intricate, centralized web-based management system supported by VOXCO’s Command Center software. This modern infrastructure optimizes the efficiency of managing computer-assisted-telephone-interviewing while also providing a platform for remote interviewing and complete remote visual and audio client monitoring.
